Many Tay Leaf products, including matcha and hojicha, are natural agricultural products sourced from Japan. Because of seasonal harvests and traditional production methods, reasonable variations in color, aroma, flavor, sweetness, umami, texture, and appearance are normal and do not constitute product defects.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse sales, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Wholesale, café, distributor, and other commercial purchases may be subject to separate pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities, or written agreements. Where a written wholesale agreement conflicts with these Terms, the wholesale agreement shall control.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label to investigate the claim.
Continued possession, use, or resale of products after delivery may be considered evidence that the order was received substantially as described, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
